Hi my recording box has packed in,not surprising really it's probably about 6 years old.First it stopped recording,then the apps wouldn't work and now nothing works.
There was not many recordings on it so I did a full factory reset,but it hasn't made any difference.

As fr8ys advises, if the box has failed totally, this cannot be replaced, but you may be eligible for one of the new TV Boxes, if you are out of contract, you may need to renew to have this added to your package. Give our Teams a call and they can discuss options for the new Box with you.

Please note that if you are eligible for a new box, TalkTalk now only supply non recordable ones.
To check if you are eligible you will need to call customer services and request a new box. This may also need you to amend your contract depending on the box on offer.
