Recordings won’t work

For the last week my recordings won’t work. I set things to record and they disappear. I do the same again and it happens again. Nothing is recording and no planned recordings are saving even though that show as scheduled initially.

Hi

 

If failing to record, you can try a full reset, by pressing the button at the side of the box 5 times.

 

This will however mean the USB stick will have to be initialised again and any current content removed.
