Ok, we do not carry individual stocks of remotes, so I'll need to replace the whole unit, box and remote as one.  Is that ok ?

OK, it's the Netgem box.

 

Can you tell me whats wrong with the remote, is it not working at all ?  Have you replaced the batteries etc ?
