My remote control has stopped working. Changed batteries but no good. It’s to operate a 4k net gem box as shown in the photo. Please could you advise how I obtain a replacement, many thanks

We do not carry stock of individual remote controls , so I would have to replace the whole unit, box and remote. Is that ok ?
