Still no replacement TV box after being promised one on 3rd September, I've now been without the TV package I'm paying for for over a month. Not happy.

Hi,
The lite box, DN360T is also a legacy youview box and we do not have stock of these, your only option is to ask about the 4K TV box.

You need to ask for the 4K box and get the charge sorted by calling 03451 720088, @Purple_Cat.
They are open from 9am-7pm.

So have you seen £25.00 actually taken as payment, @Purple_Cat?
From @Karl-TalkTalk's post, it sounds as though it won't be taken as he says that any such order has been cancelled.
The £5.00 per month rent for a new 4K box is instead of the old TV charge - it won't be both/and, @Purple_Cat.

Hello,
I was promised a TalkTalk STB Lite (non-recordable) box for £25 as per the chat on 3rd September.
Extract below:
"Claire. You could consider our new TalkTalk SetTop Box - Lite (Non-recordable) box for a one off payment of only £25 which has all the same feature except for the recordings. It’s also a bit smaller than what you currently have now. You can keep your current box so you can hold on to any recordings you haven’t gotten to yet. Do you want to buy our new TV Box Lite? -Yes, accepted the STB Lite box -No"
I accepted this but still think there should be no subscription increase to get a service I've already paid and are still paying for.
Promised delivery:
"Thank you for patiently waiting, Claire. I successfully placed a new order for the TV Box. This should be with you within 2-3 working days."
Still no contact, nothing delivered. I'm looking on Ebay for a replacement Hauwei DN372T unless I can be advised which newer (non-TalkTalk) box will work

Hi @Purple_Cat
TalkTalk stopped providing the older youview boxes 3 years ago and no longer carry stock of these, so no gent should be placing an order for these boxes. Any order places has been cancelled as these are simply not available.
If you do want a TV box, the only box available to you is the new 4K TV box. Our customer teams can add this to your package along with TalkTalk entertainment at £5 per month that will also cover the box rental.
This is your only option if you want to add a new TV box to your package.

Done that - I still don't see I have to contact TalkTalk through 4 different contact points (chat, email, phone and forum) to get the problem sorted

For staff to check what has happened you do need to complete your community forum profile details.
Add your Talktalk landline number / account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES.
