Trouble with router

The 'TV' light on the router does not come on.  As a result (?) I cannot get the aps to work and cannot view BBC IPlayer, ITVX or Netfix

Can you please update your Community Profile to include your

OK, it may be an issue with the router, or the TV box, which model do you have? I will move this to the TV section for you. Bear in mind that the support team won't be back online until Monday.

Hello Ferguson,

I suppose the router is quite old, but the TV light worked at one stage.  We want to view BBC IPlayer, ITVX, Disney, Netflix, anything like that, and we can't.  We have a TalkTalk TV box, which is quite new, all connected by Broadband.

It sounds like an old router and the TV light never worked anyway. What device/s are you trying to view on and how do you have them connected?
