I have the Talktalk TV hub.  This is the second one I've had as the first stopped working.  It wouldn't send a signal from the box to the TV.  I got a replacement about a couple of months ago.  Now this one has done exactly the same thing.  Telling me no digital signal.  I have not changed the input. The TV transmitter is working fine.  Is there problem with these boxes?  I needcthischub as the old youview box will not allow me to play Netflix or apps like ITVx.  Surely these boxes should last longer than a month or two.

Hi

Glad to hear the hub has started working. Please report back here if anything changes.

Hi I unplugged the whole thing and connected up an old youview box I have so I could watch tv. I reconnected the hub again this morning and it worked.  If it hadn't,  I wouldn't have been able to do any resets because it wasn't turning on the tv at all.  I'll see how it goes over the next few days.  Thank you.

Hi,

Have you tried changing the HDMI cable? Or taking the existing one out of each device and reconnecting?

If that does not work, try the recovery reset as described here.
