Hi
Connect the aerial directly to the TV bypassing the box and test for a couple of hours with different channels to see if they are weak or breakup. This will help test the aerial signal to see if there is an issue with the aerial or the signal from the local transmitter.

Hi @Jilly21 a couple of obvious suggestions.
Have you checked all the connections are secure?
Do you get Freeview programmes with aerial plugged into the TV directly?
