OK, you can try a Youview Maintenance Reset to see if that helps.
If the button on both remotes are not working correctly with the box after a reset, then the box itself could be starting to fail.

Hi can’t see model number but everything is working apart from menu button on remote. I’ve bought a new remote but still the same problem

What model TV box do you have ?
With regard to HD Channels, connect aerial direct to TV and see if the HD channels show or if there is any breakup of the signal.
