I've tried to place an order through the website for UFO now my area is connected but it has failed the last 2 days - webchat said they cant place orders through chat and I have to call the dedicated UFO team and pointed me here (odd).

 

Then I read some of the posts.. yikes.

 

Does anyone have a good word to say about talk talk or the speeds of UFO?

 

I appreciate forums are used to troubleshoot, but even so, issues are remaining unresolved for months. 

 

Can someone recommend the UFO and are the speeds near the 1GB as advertised?
