Hi it's been over 30 days since my service was active and my £90 voucher from gift cloud that I was promised on signup hasn't arrived like it said it would?
Can anyone here help?

Customer services have recently credited your account for the missing voucher, you can have it refunded to your bank via My Account.

I was told by talk talk support on sign up that the voucher would be sent to my email after 30 days of active service

The vouchers usually take longer than this to come through.
Staff will reply during the week (Monday to Friday).
