When I try logging into my account using the TalkTalk app I get a message that says Account Suspended. Why? I am still within TalkTalk and now on a fibre optic broadband package. I only wanted to log in to ask why I have not received the voucher I was promised when I agree to stay with TalkTalk back in the summer.

@Stella14, it can take up to 24 hours to get services restored after payment.
You also need to switch the router off entirely, even unplug it at the wall, for a minimum of 30 minutes before restarting it.
If you still have trouble, please return to the message board and click on start a topic.

I'll move this to the billing section where they can check what's going on with your My Account and chase up the voucher for you, @Bob&Alex .
