Hi, I made a payment to yourselves on the 17th of this month by bank transfer but you are still asking for payment.

Sorry that you are having problems.
The last payment made was on the 15 Jan there has now been a new bill generated in Feb, How did you make the payment.
Does the payment show as successfully made in your bank?

Have you spoken to the TalkTalk Billing team? Bank transfers can take up to 7 working days to show on your account. Today is the 5th working day from 17th. The preferable way to pay is via your customer MyAccount or the dedicated payment line. Then TalkTalk knows the payment has been made.
