The bill is supposed to increase every April from what I can see. So why has my bill increased by £12~ from April until now after the original increase. £5.11 in July and £6.74 in August?

You have been out of contract since August this year, so you are paying full, out of contract price, so call the loyalty team on 03451720088 to reduce your monthly price.
