You have charged me 75 for a person to come out - no this was on you, it was your fault. Refund immediately

@DavidElliot, please complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

I can't see any sign that your forum ID is linked in with My Account, though Private Messages are enabled. 

 

Only you and staff have sight of your community profile information. Please go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu.....add your Talktalk landline number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday.
