Upgraded broadband last June on back of echo dot and smartplug offer. Upgrade took place immediately but no email confirmation and no voucher for promotion. Phoned TT and told there was a 13 week delay but I should soon receive a voucher. It didn't happen, phoned again and after 20 mins was told that without a voucher I was not eligible. Is this a scam - how can I be eligible if voucher not sent? Gave up on call as ran out of time. Perhaps someone can intervene through the forum.
