Hi,

 

I have ordered talktalk fiber on 28/05/2024. Installation was completed on 17/06/2024. It's been over 60 days now and first 2 bills have been paid. 3rd is on it's way but I haven't heard anything about the promotional offer of the echo dot.

 

Can you help me out with this?

Do you have your confirmation email. 

 

The request has been rejected as ineligible for the Gift.

I am having the same issue. My full fibre was installed 7-6-24 and I haven’t received any information about the Echo Dot promotion. Can anyone help with this please?
