Gift voucher offer after deciding to stay with TalkTalk

Hello there, I was told to start my own thread - so here it is!

I recently went over to another provider for a better deal, but TalkTalk made a better offer so I decided to stay... Part of that better offer was a gift voucher, but that hasn't been mentioned in any correspondance outside of the telephone conversation and I have heard nothing more about it.

Could anyone provide some light on this please?

I'll re-escalate this for you, @Libasaurus. Staff couldn't chase it till after the 30 days had elapsed.

Vouchers can take upto 30 days from the time of the renewal which was the 23rd May.
