How to renew package at Fibre 35 and not Fibre 65

I would like to renew my Dads package and choose the Fibre 35 speed rather than Fibre 65, yet the website gives me no way to do this.

 

Do I have to phone talk talk to do this? I cannot find any number listed on the website except one from another related community post which is 0345 172 0046

 

Can I request this change in package using Web Chat instead, or is there some magic way to request this type of contract renewal through the website?
