Humanised contact and move house in contract

Hi there, 

 

I've just been moved to you from Shell and considering my options. 

 

You've offered me a discount to renew my contact - fibre 35- for 24 months, what will charge be per month thought contract please?

 

If I move, within same area, can I bring the contract with me? 

 

 Is it possible to communicate in a more normal way?I prefer  by phone or email conversation with a real human person  than random threads,  or bots(which usually don't answer question) and getting a login code for each question takes time / delays. Be grateful for recommendations please.

Discussing contract deals cannot be done through the forum, which is why you need to use the contact information given in the previous reply.

In particular, notice that there is a £60 fee to organise a home move if you want to continue with the same contract:

So many people take out a new contract for the new address and get the fee waived. 

 

But you have to do the maths ....
