Last time I spoke to your chat, my account was cancelled.

 

You had sent it to collection agency at £96 after me arguing with you about the service.

You cannot keep charging me, after you have sent it to a collection agency and disconnecting my service.

 

Which is being paid monthly via the agency.

 

You are in actual fact charging me for NOTHING. I have no service from you so how can you charge me.

 

I'm currently looking for the CHAT transcript from you.

I will be seeking legal advice on this matter, as what you're doing is completely wrong and pretty sure it's illegal to keep charging for providing NOTHING.

 

Should I bill you for me providing you with nothing?

Hi 1nvisiblade

 

Your payments are coming through via the DCA but there is still an outstanding balance so we have to produce a bill each month.
