Hi,
I left my apartment 3 months ago, have spoken to multiple people at TalkTalk to cancel my contract, no one has done it and now I am being charged £60+.
I am not paying it and would like to speak to someone who can sort this out for me as I keep getting emails about this and it's starting to mess with my mental health.

Your account shows that you cancelled the direct debit in July, there is no contact with our cancellation teams until August 21, therefore the account continued to be active and produce bills for the service that we are providing to that property, the cancellation is due to complete on the 20 Sept.
The charges are valid.

However, did you phone or use Chat?
Chat can't fully process cancellations, so you get called back. You may have missed their calls.
You need to speak to the Loyalty team on 03451 720088.
