Hi Imgroot
The increase is because of charges since your service started on the 14th April, till your first bill on the 25th totaling £7.37 + month ahead £28
Regards

It's simply establishing a billing cycle, @Imgroot.
You are paying for the NEXT month PLUS THE DAYS OF SERVICE UP TO the date they made up the bill.
All should be clear if you take a look in the details in My Account.
