Out of Contract but unable to renew

My charges for Fibre 35 are going up to £36.90 yet the advertised rate is £25 I suspect it is because I am out of contract.  But I don't have the option to renew in My Offers.

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

My Offers usually include TV by default, @dj23456  so you end up having to ring Talktalk anyway to get it removed. 

 

Check offers for new customers to give yourself haggle power, and just phone or use Chat as detailed here:

Check they don't add unwanted extras: Supersafe,  Voicemail etc?

 

Check they do allow any other specific functions: caller identity display?

 

Anytime Calls may be available at a discount (but no longer free).

 

Some of the new price may also include the end of previous discounts.

 

If you are out of contract, or within the last 90 days of the end of a contract, there's no admin charge to renew.
