Hello,
I was previously a Shell customer, transferred to Talk Talk. I paid my initial bill by bank transfer, but it does not yet show as credited to my Talk Talk account even though my bank has confirmed that the payment has been made. Talk Talk support have asked for a screenshot of the payment, but there is no way to send this to them. Any suggestions?

What date did you make the payment? I would ask you to call us (03451720088) and ask to speak to the Shell migration team, so they can locate the payment.

Staff are not on here at weekends, @KitchenTable.
It's possible to send them a screenshot in a PM, but wait to be told.
Not sure if Chat shows the facility?
Or for an attachment?
Make sure you speak to the Shell Migration team if you are contacting Talktalk directly, as they are dealing with all the hiccups to do with the migration to Talktalk.
