On February 19th 2024 received letter from Talk Talk saying I had overdue balance of £15. Due to being away I did not manage to query this with TalkTalk until 27th March 2024. When I clarified via an online chat with 'Kim' that there was no outstanding amount, all was fine and these details would be put on my account. I then was away for a week and returned 7th April 2024 and saw a letter from Moorcroft Debt Recovery asking for £18.00 (an increase of £3). Whom do I contact TalkTalk have clearly stated that there is no overdue balance and Moorcroft are asking for £18???????? How to resolve this and remove the Service Restriction whisch is still showing on my account despite pf the call on the 27th March when I was told this would be 'sorted'.
