Hi,
Renewed contract with talktalk..went with no phone...full fibre....
I've had no emails from talktalk....had no visit from engineer...downloaded a contract but as of yet nothing has happened...tried calling but get cut off...
Attached are screenshots of contract and engineer visit...
Just wandering if this was going to actually happen...

I think I'll move this to the billing message board, @Trish65, as it's all about contracts etc, rather than a broadband service issue at the moment.

I've not even had an email from them about the new contract....my screenshots were from my online account....nothing from email re contract, engineer visit...or go live date....very strange....only email ive had is that my bill is due...nothing through the post either

@Trish65, if there was no warning of the cancellation of the engineer's visit, you will be owed compensation for their no show:
