Hi there, hope someone can help me - attempted to start a chat with support however it states that I need to login, even when I was already logged in?

 

Reason for requesting help is that I had no idea that a £5 a month was being charged for supersafe - anyway, tried to cancel it on the 20th October, had confirmation on email that it has been removed.  Next month - charge still there?  Upon seeing this thought I had.maybe done something wrong and tried it again, and it had been deactivated!  Not by me however.

 

Again on the 6th December cancelled and received an email confirming same - and upon checking it was again showing as being love.on my account!

 

Can someone get in contact to sort out, it's theft!  Making the choice of leaving in a few months very easy.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I am in the same situation. 

Multiple calls to customer service.

Solution is that they are UNABLE to deactivate service, therefore I have been credited £6 a month for the reminder of my contract.

Its utterly ridiculous. No surprise that talk talk is on the brink of collapse.
