Talktalk disconnected me and then took payment from my account for early termination of contract!
This was actually the second time they disconnected me; they said they were told to because I had gone to another supplier but I hadn't. I managed to get them to reconnect me the first time, then they did it again.
Now they've taken £212 from my bank account because they say I terminated the contract early, but I didn't! They just disconnected me!
How can I get my money back?
