Can you add your account number to your community profile, the account linked to your email address is showing as disconnected since 2023.

Did you change your DD date?

 

I think it applies to the subsequent month. 

 

If your services have ALREADY been restricted, @Chequered, I understand that the only way to recover them is to make a one-off payment now:
