So I have been unable to log into my account for nearly 6 months now. I can’t change anything for my account and everytime I contact someone regarding it I just get told to reset my password. That is not the issue here, when I log in the page times out or kicks me out, if I managed to log in it stays on the screen stating loading bill, it will then just kick me out again. This has been a problem before but talk talk don’t want to address it and honestly I’m about to move companies. Has anyone had anything similar or knows how to fix this? I need to change my payment date due to changing jobs so it’s pretty urgent. Thanks

What we can do is de-register My Account, so you can re-register again to see if that solves it.
Let me know if you want to try that

@Arne-TalkTalk this happens on my phone, my partners phone and a laptop. I have used internet explorer, google chrome, Firefox and safari and no difference between the platforms. I tried to change my payment today but I was on hold for an hour. So it’s solidified my decision to swap providers now as there has been zero help which is sad because I’ve been with talk talk for 4 years and had no problems

Does this happen on different devices?
This is usually an issue with security settings in the browser, mainly adblockers.
Can you please try different devices, different browsers and allow pop ups for our site.

I'll move this to the billing section for you, @kerryinglis1, as this is not about the actual Broadband connection etc.
Often problems accessing My Account are to do with browser settings. You can try another browser and make sure that, for whichever one you are using, enable pop ups and disable ad blockers.
It's the same when trying to use Chat.
If it's urgent to make a quick payment, check on the forum search engine for "ways to pay". There's also guidance there about changing the DD date etc.
