We recently had this issue for some reason their system seems to be having issues. My advice would be to contact customer service for help and also get in touch with Ofcom about getting reimbursement if they refuse to discount any costs.

Hi@tinbin

Where are you seeing that charge?, your latest bill, and your last bill  doesn't show unlimited calls boost.

Not sure how you would reach support by texting, @tinbin.

Chat support can do it - or phone.

Staff are not back on here before Monday.

Which boost is it?

If your phone boost was £5.00 but the offer ended, it would have reverted to £16.00.

Or is it perhaps Supersafe?

If TV, only call centre staff can remove it anyway.
