I clam the PIP benefit and have been told that I may qualify for a discount on my account is this correct

Sadly, Talktalk doesn't do a more mainstream social tariff, @GLENN73.

 

If you are near the end of your contract, you can always try to negotiate a better deal.

 

Phone in or use Chat for this if you are in the last few weeks of your current deal.

 

Usually, changing contracts midterm attracts a £30 admin charge otherwise.
