hi , I chat end of august about move home and cancel service to date 8.9.2024. I am at new address from 8.9. and I still paid 2.of oktober full price service. My contract finish in 2022 already, I had just service broadband from you. I was tried call customer service and chat again but it was unsuccesfully, always busy. I hope this way will help with canceling service with you.

Looks like the cancel request failed, it has been requested again for the 28th.

You can't cancel via the forum.
You would have to have phoned 03451 720088. If you used Chat, you would still need to receive a follow up phone call. If you didn't pick it up, you didn't cancel.
The original end of contract date is not relevant. You would still be on a rolling monthly contract that required 30 days' notice.
