list of phone boosts blank on website

i want to look at the list of phone boosts.

when i go there from my dashboard i get a blank list (image attached)

i've tried on 2 different browsers and its the same

any issues with the website?

There is an off peak unlimited calls boost available, @davemk39.

Not sure why you were not offered that. @Arne-TalkTalk, is this a relatively recent development that the agent may have overlooked?

i sorted it out with the loyalty team, they gave me half price anytime calls.

i wanted to see if talktalk done an unlimited off peak phone boost which would be cheaper.

they used to, but it wasn't there 18 months ago so i had to signup to anytime calls boost

anyway its all sorted for 2 years now, thanks

Sure, the best number for the loyalty team is 0345 172 5157, but they are not available on Sundays.

i'm thinking of turning off the unlimited anytime calls boost but its not possible online,

also i want to see if theres an unlimited off peak calls boost available to switch to thats cheaper

but thats not possible either

do you have a number for the loyalty team so i can give them a call as i'm out of contract

and would renew
