I paid my bill via make a secure card payment  which is showing in payment history but on my dashboard it is saying we are still processing your direct debit payment which I have not even set up.

Your payment has cleared, and there is no direct debit instruction on the account. 

 

The Shell team will need to flag this to the My Account team.
