I have renewed my contract with TalkTalk on 23/10/2024 to Fiber with £75 Gift voucher within 3months of my new contract. Been over 3 months now am not receiving any email. Spoke with TlakTalk customer support and told me to get in touch with Giftcloud directly. #Giftcloud said
Unfortunately They can’t help and need to speed with Talktalk. I’m going around in circles now.
Can somebody look into this please. My talktalk account number ** removed **
