I've had 2 emails requesting the router be returned after I left TalkTalk but have not received a returns bag. Could one be sent soon cos the returns deadline is 30/11? I can't see how to contact anyone to request it, either h the email is not helpful re this.

Hi. The first bag arrived and I sent the router back in that. I attach a copy of the post office receipt. I have today received a bill for £50. Please withdraw this bill immediately.

That's slow, even allowing for the strikes, @mrdonkersley.
There are sometimes glitches at Talktalk's end, sending these out.
They do offer the option of returning the equipment (but at your own expense....)!
You can also get specific permission to recycle it at your end.
I'll re-escalate this thread for staff to investigate what has happened and further advise you. They'll be back after the weekend.
