I was disconnected on the 20th november 2024 for no reason after 25 calls numerous live chats still havent received any information on why been a customer for 15 years and this is how you treat customers promised call backs from complaints on the 22nd / 23rd november never got them talktalk doesnt care about there customers only thing they want is money left a review on trust pilot disgusting I also contacted cicas to see what they can advise

Sorry you are unhappy.
I've checked your account and there was a call on the 5th of November where a cancellation was requested, this was processed and completed on the 20th.
The only way to get the connection back is to place a new order.
