I have been trying to cancel my home move, because the address my home move is set for will no longer be my address. My service ends this Friday, and I was told I will have no cancellation fees. I expect this to be true.
additionally, the customer service phone lines are not very helpful. Once I was transferred, I kept being referred to the department I was transferred from. I cannot get anything done.
i just want to cancel my home move, and reconnect once I have my new address/home.

The only thing you can do is call the Homemove team on 03451720088.
They will be able to stop it.

I doubt that the home move team can be kept in that limbo.
The original move involved the current cancellation as part of that process.
Try Chat tonight, if you need the whole process stopped - but you may not be in time.
If the cancellation simply goes ahead but you don't go ahead with the move, you'll be liable for early termination fees if still in contract, @jabacyprian.
