I am moving providers and have been advised that Talk Talk have placed a cease on the line . I need this to be removed so that this transfer can happen . How do I get this removed please .

@tonip, it gets very confusing if you add something to the end of another customer's old thread.
You need to start a topic of your own.
Return to the message board and click on start a topic.
You need to be much clearer about the issue: was the house you are moving into previously with Talktalk, or was your own previous house with Talktalk and is this part of a home move?
Please be as clear as possible, and staff will pick up your thread during the day.

I've just moved into a house previously with talk talk and can't have internet with a new provider. I have rang twice and got nowhere and cut off both times.
