Cisco Anyconnect VPN not working

Hello, I have not been able to connect to Cisco Anyconnect VPN through my TalkTalk wifi this week. However, I am able to with my mobile hotspot so it seems that the TalkTalk wifi is having issues.

 

I've noticed many other community posts here with the same issue (Cisco AnyConnect) where the router firmware was updated. Can someone please help me fix this issue? Thank you!

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.
