Any known issues to why I can’t log into the main website to view my service?
Only lets me log into the community service.
Wifi is fluctuating a lot on PS5 and mobile - from unusable speeds to top speeds.
Any known issues nationwide or In the area CH2 3AR, please let me know!
images below to show fluctuating speed difference 2 minutes apart and main website logging in issues.

It looks like the issue has resolved itself within 24 hours.
I can now also log onto the website.

I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential voice fault, however the sync speed looks ok. Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone? Are you connected wired or wireless when the speeds are varying?

Fingers crossed. Hopefully it’s just something to do with an update to the website or maybe a local site issue.
I have restarted the wifi hub and moved everything away from it. There’s no dust as been wiped with a dry tissue.
Been fine it’s it’s area for 2.5 years so placement shouldn’t be an issue.

OK, if you are actually having issues with your broadband service then the support team here will be happy to help. Hopefully they will pick this thread up when they are back online tomorrow.

Thank you, my connection keeps timing out and closing and then boosting back up to max speeds… so strange as talktalk is usually fantastic.

There is a known issue, keep on eye on the Service Status Dashboard from the links at the top of the page.
