Intermittent Connection

Hello,

 

Over the past few months but appearing to be getting worse recently I have experienced periods where the internet connection for both wired and WiFi connected devices works briefly then dies for several minutes and repeats. At this time all lights on my (HG533) router remain green however the Internet and WLAN light hardly flash as no data is going through. The landline phone works without issue throughout.  

 

I've tried the usual restarting the router and checked that all wire connections seem solid. Please can an OCE take a look at Talktalks end and see if they can see any faults their side please? (If it helps most recent occurence was noticed around 18:00-22:30 10/11)

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.

 

I think we should send a replacement router for testing. Would you like me to arrange this?
