Like many people I’m working from home accessing the corporate network remotely - my internet speed (both download / upload are not great) - the paid for internet boost I had previously didn’t make much difference. Appreciate there are factors to consider (distance from router, wireless vs. cable connection, distance from exchange, etc..)
I have not phoned the support team as they usually go through all the obvious steps I’m already familar with working in IT - is there anyone who can look into why my connection is not stable? Also, I phoned TalkTalk earlier and the phone call was disconnected after a very long message which I couldn’t skip.
