Ok thanks for confirming. Are all your devices connected wireless? Have you also tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session?

It’s constantly buffering when trying to stream tv, YouTube or games and I can’t connect to emails for work. Won’t connect to my phone at all at times

I'm really sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which is clear. I can see a few re-connections on the line but the connection looks stable for 48hrs. What happens when you try to connect? Does this also happen if you connect wired please?
