I have a internet shortage every Monday ‘

morning between 12:35-1:15am and talk talk wont resolve the issue as the broadband works every other time of the week And day or week. This causes my babies baby monitor to drop out and not reconnect without a manual reconnection

Thanks so much. I was on the phone a hour yesterday to talk talk and the customer service person lied saying at first there was an outage problem since March that an engineer has known about and the said it’s the time that there is a software update. I’ve just checked and it was the homework setting. Thank you very much!

Have you logged into My Account to check if HomeSafe/KidsSafe has been switched on?

Check you Homesafe and Kids Safe settings and see if Homework Time has mysteriously become active.

 

If you require them to be on, turn them off, save changes and them reinstate them as you require.
