I didn't wait for them to send me the direct debit on February 1, I paid them from my talktalk account on January 31, my account number is (** removed **), I don't understand why they are sending me emails that I haven't paid if I already paid them.

The direct debit had already been requested when you paid manually, when the direct debit was subsequently rejected, the email was automatically sent when the rejection came back.
I can confirm the payment was successful.
