Got migrated from shell to talk talk and my wifi has stopped working*. a openreach engineer got sent out and send they would send a new router as they couldn’t find anything wrong. New router has come and it won’t connect to Wi-Fi still. Went on live chat and got told a manager would ring me in three working days. This was on the 29th and I still haven’t heard from them. What should I do now?
