My work laptop VPN no longer connects via my TalkTalk router wifi.

I need to log on to a VPN for work from home.

I have a Sagemcom FAST F5364-3.T8 router.

Is there a way to get this to work please?

Hi @Munkydoctor

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.

Thank you

That is what I thought. I have asked TT to downgrade it to V174 for you.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

Don't worry about the firmware I bet it is V202. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and downgrade it to V174 for you. That is a temporary fix until the problem with V202 can be sorted.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

Are you using the Cisco Anywhere Connect VPN client & is the router running V202 firmware?
